DJ & I cast a movie

I saw a really good movie tonight, a sneak preview of Narc, Jason Patrick (you know his mom dated the head vampire) & Ray Liotta. I give it 3 out of 5 stars.

Speaking of movies, I was talking to DJ (http://home.attbi.com/~davorjm/wsb/html/view.cgi-home.html-.html) today, who is also writing a book. His is based on his life & he was saying he wants a movie made out of his book, so we then proceeded to cast the movie. DJ will of course play himself (who else could fill the shoes?) & he would like Ben Affleck to play his boyfriend so he can make out with him. His psycho ex-boyfriend, whom we refer to as Son of Sam, will be played by Ray Liotta. The part of Z could not be played by anyone other than Ryan Phillipe since they look just alike. Brittney Murphy will be my sister Chrissy. Ricki Lake as our ex-boss who we nicknamed Pig. And I will be portrayed by Parker Posey. This was DJ's suggestion as he says she usually plays quirky neurotic characters such as myself. I wanted to cast Jason Lee as Bobby (my soon to be ex-husband) just because I feel he is my celebrity soul-mate & if DJ gets to make out with Ben Affleck, why can't I make out with Jason Lee? But then I realized that I'm not playing myself, so it would be Parker Posey making out with Jason Lee & I just can't have that. So we decided on Joaquin Phoenix as Bobby since he plays such a good psycho.

Speaking of psychos, I had a pyscho customer on the phone today. We usually do not take phone calls from customers in our department, but since the man was so irate & no one could get through to him, I was asked to handle him. Lucky me. Anyway this is amusing because just yesterday I was talking with some friends at work about how we feel they should not give out our last names to cutomers because you never know when some psycho could look you up & show up at your house or something. I remarked that if anyone decided to look me up, they would end up at Bobby's house. There was a moment of silence as we all exchanged glances before bursting into laughter.
